- Minimal Profiles & Uninterrupted Transparency: Ultra-slim 20 mm central interlocks and concealed floor threshold details reduce visual boundaries in architecture, creating open, panoramic views across expansive openings.
- Intelligent Mechanics and Ergonomics: We develop stainless-steel track and roller bearing designs that allow large glass panels weighing up to 400 kg to glide silently, effortlessly and without friction with a single hand movement.
- Thermal Efficiency and Environmental Standards: By combining an environmentally responsible, 100% recyclable aluminium body with multi-chamber polyamide thermal barriers, we enhance the energy performance of buildings.

Integrated Design and Manufacturing Capability
The Cosabella design studio works in direct coordination with the integrated die shop, extrusion presses, electrostatic surface treatment units and machining centres.
From initial concepts and die design to structural strength calculations and international test certifications (Qualicoat, ISO and Class test standards), the entire process is managed centrally, ensuring that system components fit and function together with millimetric precision on site.
